Higher Power Aviation has been known for its values and culture mirroring the Southwest Airlines corporate culture where over 2,000 Higher Power graduates have been offered jobs (not even including the huge number of graduates of our two predecessor companies, ACT and Jet Crew). Increasingly, HPA graduates have gone on to serve at JetBlue, Virgin America, and airlines and corporations known for valuing people in their corporate culture.
