Higher Power Aviation has been known for its values and culture mirroring Southwest Airlines’ corporate culture where nearly 2,500 graduates have been offered jobs. Increasingly, HPA students have graduated to serve at JetBlue, Virgin America, and airlines and corporations known for valuing people in their corporate culture.
